Trust: - In 1997, Sant Harnam Singh Charitable Trust was formed and got it registered. An exemption under section of 80 G of the Income Tax Act was got. A free Homeopathic dispensary and a free Allopathic dispensary are working in the Gurdwara premises under the Charitable Trust. A dental chair has also been established, where free treatment is given to patients. Every year, on the death anniversary of Sant Baba Harnam Singh Ji, a medical camp for general disease is organized, where doctors operate free of cost. Spectacles are given free of cost.

School: - The Trust runs Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Public High School (recognized) in city of Zira, where students get education up to tenth grade. English and Punjabi medium are available. The school makes special arrangements for music, religious education, computer education and games. The school is situated in 4 acres amidst a clean environment.

According to Sant Hari Singh Ji, a general college and a B. Ed. College will be established in near future. Arrangements for vocational training will also be made.
